During my degree course I worked on several extended independent projects including an English investigation of "Product Label 'Blurbs'" and a Philosophy essay regarding the possibility of infinity. I also submitted a Language Dissertation entitled "The Visual Language of Tennis".

During my time at Secondary School I took part in the annual Maths Challenge on three occasions, earning one Silver certificate, two Gold certificates, one Best in School certificate and a qualification for the Junior Mathematics Olympiad.
I attended Efar, a Clevedon-based company providing a variety internet services, for two weeks of work experience in 2006. While there I designed several banners for their website using Adobe ImageReady, organised their stock room and performed various other general tasks.
Charles Copp / Environmental Information Management (2008-2009)
I worked with Charles (trading name EIM, see above) on various projects for the Luxembourg Natural History Museum's website. They included redesigning the page through which visitors could view the contents of the Museum's databases, creating several logos and graphics using Adobe Photoshop, building new Access databases according to specification and critically assessing the architecture of the existing systems.
I worked for two weeks (temporary position) at S-cool in Clifton, a company which produces revision tools for students. My task was to recreate existing files to suit a new system that was soon to be implemented. This involved working according to standard HTML practices.
I am currently employed full-time providing multimedia technical support over the phone primarily for Comet customers. This requires extensive knowledge of computer systems and a polite telephone manner.
Computing - I am a competent user of Adobe Photoshop and various Microsoft programs including Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint. I have a working knowledge of HTML and some experience of PHP and MySQL. I have good keyboard skills.
Language - I have an extensive understanding not only of the English language but also of general communicative principles. I consider myself to be an excellent proof-reader.
Logical Thinking - I have a thorough understanding of logical argument and an awareness of the importance of establishing clearly-defined goals in a situation and then determining the most efficient method by which they can be reached.
Tennis - I play whenever the opportunity arises and follow the professional circuit all year round.
Technology - I keep up to date with science and computer developments.
